What is an Action Plan?
The Action Plan enables staff to monitor the actions taken to bridge gaps in the Compliance Assessment that has been submitted.
How does it work?
Once any action is updated in the Action Plan, the data then updates the Compliance Dashboard. For example, when actions are taken to bridge gaps, the Compliance Dashboard will show the updated % compliance across the dates on which the assessment was submitted, and the actions updated in the Action Plan.

You will see an Action Plan only if you were assigned to fill up a Compliance Assessment questionnaire.
In the example below, the user was assigned 3 different Compliance Assessments.
The Score shows the percentage of the outstanding actions completed, as compared with the pending actions benchmarked when the Compliance Assessment was submitted. For example in the second row, 22 actions are Completed out of 25 actions, giving a Score of 88%.
