What is the Document Library?
The Documents Library contains all your finalised policies and procedures for reference.
This library enables the continuous use of and reference to established policies and procedures irrespective of staff turnover, reorganisation or job reshuffling. It enables the sustenance of your Data Protection Management Programme.
Navigating to the Document Library
Click 'Document Library' under 'Manage Programme.
How do I use the Document Library?
You can use the Document Library in the following ways:
- As a reference repository for policies and procedures relating to Data Protection and Data Privacy
- As a way to ensure every control measure (for instance in 'Policies You Have' / 'Risk Register Treatment') is matched to a corresponding policy or procedure which is available in the Document Library
