Objective
You need to update information on 'Organisations' for:
- information about your organisation ('Self') to appear in reports such as the Records of Processing Report
- information about your Controllers and/or Processors, if any, to appear in reports such as the Records of Processing Report
Your Controllers, if any, would be organisations that engage you to process personal data on their behalf.
Your Processors, if any, would be organisations that process personal data on your behalf.
How to navigate to 'Organisations'
Click the Governance icon at the top right of the page.
Click 'Organisations'.
How to update information on your organisation, your Controllers and Processors
Click the 'Manage Organisations' button. If you have inserted some records, they will be listed in a table.
Click the blue 'Edit' button to edit the record for your own company (Company Type 'Self') or other companies (Company Type 'External'). The date, time and user name of any one who adds Comments (in the right margin) will be logged. You can also upload Files here, such as your agreements with external Controllers and Processors.
