Objective  

The objective is to update and understand  your  organisation’s Personal Data Inventory. Departments/Entities enter their own inventory and DPOinBox collates and analyses their input. 





  1. Start by selecting  'Personal Data Inventory' under 'INVENTORY RISKS'.
  2. You will see a left navigation bar and on the right of it, checkboxes. Navigate  between sections by using the left navigation bar.
  3. On the right of the left navigation bar, you can tick/check the Personal Data Inventory items that are relevant to your entity/department.  
  4. The values that you tick/check will be saved to the system.
