Introduction
The objective of this section is to explain how you can distribute competency tests to staff, and track who has not started, has started, or has completed the elearning as well as their scores.
How-to
1. Click 'Manage Tests' from the 'Sustain Initiatives' menu.
2. To create a new campaign to distribute your test, click '+ New Campaign'. Name and Describe your campaign for the test.
Click 'Next'.
3. Select Competency Test
Select the Competency Test that you intend to distribute. Different Competency Tests are packaged with different software packages.
You can view the questions by clicking the button 'View Questions'.
When you have decided on the Competency Test to be distributed, select it then click 'Next'.
4. Settings for the Competency Test
- You can now tweak the settings for the Competency Test to your preference (see below).
- Once you are done, click 'Next'
- In this case, the recipients will be shown their results along with the correct answers and explanations, and the passing mark will be 80%. They will have 60 minutes to complete the test.
5. Message
Compose your message to the test recipients.
- If you want a customised Email Subject, enter this into the 'Email Subject (Optional)' box
- Greet your recipients by with 'Dear' or any other preferred salutation
- Enter your message content under 'Write the body of your email'
- Sign off your email for example by identifying yourself
- Click 'Next' to move to specify the recipients
6. Recipients - Contact List
- Select an existing Contact List if one is relevant
- Alternatively, create a new Contact List
- To create a new Contact List, Click 'New List' and enter a Contact List Name as well as a Description. Do not skip either field.
- You can download the Contact List template by clicking 'Download Sample Template'
- Fill up the contact details in the template, then click 'Drop files here to upload or click to select' and select the file
- Check the contacts and save the Contact List
- At any time, if you want to go back into the campaign, choose ''Manage Tests' from the 'Sustain Initiatives' menu and edit your Campaign
- Select the Contact List of your intended recipients, then click 'Next'
7. Competency Test is ready for distribution
- At this point, you can still edit the following by clicking the respective 'Edit' buttons
- Campaign Name
- Contact List
- Assessment Template
- Quiz Duration
- Quiz Passing Mark
- When you are ready, click 'Submit'
- You can click 'Send Now' for the system to email the link to recipients and monitor the results (recommended).
- Alternatively, tick/check 'Send without Email' then click 'Send Now' for the URL link to be generated, that you can send from your own email system
8. Competency Test has been distributed
- Once the Competency Test Campaign has been sent, you will see this response screen. You can then
- Track Performance in Reports
- Return to Quizmaster Dashboard
Return to Quizmaster Dashboard
- This returns you to the Competency Tests page where you can see all tests displayed along with the numbers of recipients who have completed, passed and failed the test
- The recipients will receive and email. When they click to view details with the policy and a button for them to acknowledge having read and accepted the policy
- When the recipient clicks 'Click to Begin' the E-Learning course is launched.
- Click 'View Campaign' from the 'Actions' button

- View the number of recipients, and how many have acknowledged or not yet acknowledged the policy
- View the recipient emails and when the policy was sent to them
- View the Message that you sent
