The objective is to understand the Inventory Risks and what steps to take next to control these risks.
How to generate the Recommended Actions - Data Inventory
- Start by selecting 'Recommended Actions' under 'INVENTORY RISKS'.
- Select a report to be generated at the top right. Depending on the jurisdiction you subscribed for, you will see a different report for selection. Make your selection.
- A Recommended Actions (Inventory Analysis) report will start to be generated. Wait till you see the message 'Document is ready for viewing!'

Understanding the Data Inventory Analysis (Data Protection / Privacy) report
- Filters
- At the top of the page, you will see the filters:
- Entity/Department
- If there are other entities/departments beneath you in the Governance Structure, you can filter to each one of them. This will enable you to understand the risks and next actions needed by these entities/departments.
- Country Privacy Framework
- If you have subscribed for more than one country privacy framework, you can select a Country Privacy Framework rom the drop-list.
- Entity/Department
- At the top of the page, you will see the filters:
- Report Contents
- Privacy Framework
- The analysis and report is contextualised according to the country privacy framework that you have selected. For the Singapore Privacy Framework for example, the sections are arranged by the 9 PDPA obligations and the DNC provisions.
- Action Required
- The action required is contextualised in terms of your Personal Data Inventory. The parts of your Personal Data Inventory that are relevant to the point/section being analysed will be listed for understanding.
